With 20 research centers and institutes with funding by eight federal agencies, more than 240 tenured and tenure-track faculty engaged in interdisciplinary research and teaching, and thousands of loyal alumni providing support, the College of Engineering is optimally positioned for even greater success.


COLLEGE CHALLENGES

COE Dean's Student Organization Challenge

The six student organizations with the highest total unique donors ​participating on Giving Day will be awarded $1,000 each

Steven and Shelley Ho COE PNT '27 Challenge

When the cumulative number of donors to all College of Engineering funds reaches 100 donors, $10,000 will be released to the College of Engineering Dean's Fund by Steven and Shelley Ho, parents of a current COE student.

The Sherman Center Community Leadership Challenge

Once 10 donors give to The Sherman Center Fund, a generous anonymous donor will donate an additional $5,000

Challenge of the Colleges

The three schools or colleges with the largest percentage increase in donors on Giving Day will receive these challenge dollars for their Dean's Funds. 1st Place = $20,000 2nd Place = $12,000 3rd Place = $8,000

Dollar Up Challenge

$40,000 in challenge funds will be split between each school that raises $10,000 or more by 8 PM on Giving Day.
