Women's Club Rugby
Back in 1995, several students from Northeastern laid the foundation for the Women’s Rugby Club. Since then, the team has gained more exposure, watched our numbers skyrocket, and been part of many successes.
Nearly 30 years after the creation of our club, we have over 75 players dedicated to the sport and have brought home two national championship titles. We traveled to Dallas, Texas last spring for the CRAA D1 7s National Championship and returned home undefeated with our very first national title. In the fall, after completing our third undefeated 15s season in a row and winning the Rugby Northeastern conference championship, we once against emerged victorious at the CRAA D1 15s National Championship.
We hope to continue building our team and strive for success as the program grows.
